What software do you use for your graphics/gifs?

I use Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended

No, I don’t. I don’t mind checking your blog out though. If I like it , I might follow ─ but no promises.

How do you make your gifs?

I open the episode in VLC media player, find the moment I want to gif, slow the video down to 0,33x or 0,5x and take screenshots of the frames I want to include in the gif. Then I open Photoshop and start importing all the screencaps. Then I open up Window > Animation and start “assigning” certain cap per frame making each frame about 0,14 sec long. then I add coloring and after that I “save for Web & devices

Where did you get your sidebar icons? Did you make them?

Nope, I didn’t make them, I found them. Google ‘web icon pack’ - you should get some decent results.
